It will feature 61 bungalows, rooms, and suites, two dining outlets, and a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie. The resort will also host the second One&Only Private Homes community in the U.S., offering luxury residences with fully-equipped chef's kitchens to honor the Culinary Institute. With architecture reflecting Hyde Park's history and culture, the resort aims to provide unique, immersive experiences. This follows the brand's first U.S. property, One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, opening in November 2025.

📍 Rove Hotels, a lifestyle hospitality brand from the UAE, launched its first hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, Rove Al Marjan Island. Located on the beach of its namesake island, the hotel is an hour from Dubai and five minutes from a future gaming resort set to open in 2027.
