🏠 The Social Hub Firenze Belfiore opened its rooftop terrace, featuring a 7,000 sqm urban garden accessible from June 1. This marks the final phase of an urban regeneration project. Designed by architect Antonio Perazzi, it includes 3,500 perennial plants and a 50-meter pool. Since opening, it has hosted 140 events. Starting June 19, the terrace will offer free community workouts, including a Workout Party, Soul Fit session, and an All In One collective fitness event.

🍹 In 2025, LVG Hotel Collection unveiled "The Flag," a 250 sqm sky bar in Pallanza, Verbania, on Lake Maggiore. Architect Pierfranco Savino renovated a 1950s ferry terminal into a two-level venue. Open daily from 17:00 to midnight, the bar features innovative cocktails by Tommaso Bindella, using local ingredients like Piedmont hazelnuts. LVG, managing four properties with 287 rooms, saw over 54,000 room nights in 2024 with 87% occupancy. Weekly summer events enhance the experience.

🏢 Pontedera, April 2025: METRO Italia inaugurates a 9,000 sqm Food Service Distribution depot, part of a 26,000 sqm logistics hub, marking its third FSD facility in Italy. Aiming to double its €140 million revenue in Tuscany, the depot serves numerous Horeca clients. Equipped with a 400 kWp solar plant and BREEAM Excellent certification, it aligns with sustainability goals. Operating in 16 regions with 47 stores, METRO Italia caters to 200,000 clients, generating €2 billion in sales for fiscal year 2023/2024.

🏨 NH Firenze, located near Florence's historic center, has revamped its image for summer 2023 with updated interiors and a renovated rooftop terrace. Who? NH Firenze. When? Summer 2023. Where? The Narciso Rooftop Pool & Bar is open daily from 10:00-18:30, while the bar operates until 24:00. Business facilities include nine meeting rooms for up to 130 people.

🏖 Paradise Lodge, a 4-star hotel in Livigno, reopened in March 2025 after an extensive renovation. Owned by Riccardo Canepari, the hotel features 39 rooms with alpine design ranging from 25-60 sqm. Concreta provided custom furniture. The 600 sqm Soaria Spa includes saunas, a heated pool, and a 6,000 sqm garden for wellness activities. Art Domus designed the interior. The restaurant offers gourmet regional dishes.

🏖 Blu Hotels acquired Sport Hotel Cristal in Maso Corto, Val Senales, for €6 million. By 2026, it will undergo a €5 million renovation to form the Blu Senales Family & Sport Resort with Hotel Zirm. The resort will include 145 rooms, two restaurants, a wellness center, and an Olympic pool. Nicola Risatti, CEO, aims to position it among Alto Adige's largest and most modern hotels, enhancing Val Senales as an international tourist destination.

🛒 Accor is expanding its economy brand Ibis in Europe, which began in 1974 in Bordeaux. With over 2,500 hotels globally, Ibis targets quality and value.
