🏖 A aprile 2026, il San Clemente Palace Hotel di Venezia riaprirà dopo una ristrutturazione firmata Mandarin Oriental. L'hotel, situato sull'isola privata affacciata sulla Laguna, chiuderà a novembre 2025 per il restyling da parte dello studio Albion Nord. Dotato di quattro ristoranti, spa, piscina e campi sportivi, l’hotel mira a offrire un'esperienza di lusso unica. Laurent Kleitman ha sottolineato l’espansione del gruppo in Italia con nuove aperture a Roma, Cortina e Porto Cervo.

🧀 L'Italian Cheese Cafè, Gòodurie Soresina, ha aperto il 10 giugno 2024 a Milano con ingressi su Via Orobia 16 e Piazza Olivetti 3. Il locale copre 240 m², accoglie fino a 110 ospiti e opera dalle 8 nei giorni feriali, dalle 10 nei weekend. Latteria Soresina, fondata nel 1900, è leader nel Grana Padano con un fatturato di quasi 600 milioni di euro e 180 soci. Il progetto enfatizza l'innovazione e la tradizione casearia italiana.

📍 Palladium Hotel Group is set to debut in Italy with the Only YOU Hotel Venice Bonvecchiati. Located in an 18th-century building near Piazza San Marco, Venice, the hotel will offer 162 rooms and be classified as five-star. Although no specific opening date is provided, the Spanish company is undergoing extensive renovations. Palladium also has five Only YOU hotels in Spain in Madrid, Malaga, Seville, and Valencia, and operates the luxury Bless Collection Hotels in Madrid and Barcelona.

🏨 Capella Group is opening its first European hotel with 89 rooms, including 33 suites and 10 private residences, in Florence by 2027. Located on Via San Gallo, the 16th-century convent complex is undergoing restoration. The site will feature a Tuscan restaurant, sushi omakase, a rooftop bar, speakeasy-style cellar, spa, and cultural event space. Designed by Rossi Prodi Associati and others, the Singapore-based group plans to expand to 20 global locations by 2030.

📍 Hotel De Russie, Rome, marks 25 years with Rocco Forte Hotels through a €30 million renovation led by Olga Polizzi. On June 10, the De Russie Spa reopened, offering treatments by Irene Forte Skincare, SkinCeuticals, and Swiss Perfection.
