🍕 In 2022, Gianluca Pellegrino and Giuseppe Folgore launched Vesuvius - Pizzeria Napoletana in Sugiez, Switzerland. By 2023, they expanded to Praz and Neuchâtel, located in the Casino. 🏕️ Fairmont Udaipur Palace, located on the Aravali hills, has opened with 327 rooms and suites across a 7-hectare estate. The luxury destination offers 13,300 square meters of event space, including one of the largest ballrooms, Jewel. Guests can enjoy seven event halls, eight dining concepts, and a 1,100-square-meter wellness area. The palace features themed wings, offering a unique blend of Mewar-style architecture and modern luxury, with amenities including a private helipad.

🏖 Castello Sgr, through the HIIP II fund, acquires a former ski lift station in Dolonne, Courmayeur, from Betadelta Srl, aiming for high-end serviced apartments. The project will offer 60 apartments with 190 beds by late 2025, including amenities like a lounge bar and wellness center. Managed by Halldis by Vita, acquired in August 2024, the project’s estimated value is €20 million. This aligns with Castello Sgr's strategy for high-potential tourist locales.

🏨 Four Seasons will open a luxury hotel in Seville in 2027, collaborating with Blasson Property Investments on an €80 million project. Located in the Generali building at Plaza Nueva, the hotel will feature 60 rooms and suites, restaurants, wellness spaces, and event areas after extensive renovations. This will be Four Seasons' third hotel in Spain, following locations in Madrid and Mallorca. Seville's mayor, José Luis Sanz, emphasized the city's strategy to attract premium tourism.

📍 Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in the heart of Milan, unveiled 118 newly redesigned rooms and suites by renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon in July 2025. The transformation honors Milanese design through collaborations with Italian brands Poliform and Rubelli. Iconic suites, like the Fresco Suite featuring an original Giocondo Albertolli fresco, and Renaissance Suite, offer luxurious, art-filled experiences.
