🍴 In Milan, Fourghetti restaurant opens at 77 via Ascanio Sforza, led by Michelin-starred chef Giuseppe Gasperoni, known as "Cuoco delle Origini". The menu features three tasting paths: Land, Sea, and Vegetarian, each with five courses, plus an à la carte option. The restaurant, with its 40 seats and an intimate chef's table, blends elegance with simplicity, with design details by architect Caccia Dominioni and art by Afran. Owner Silvia Belluzzi aims for international brand development.

⛰ The Six Senses Telluride, set to open in 2028 in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, will feature 77 rooms and 24 branded residences with LEED Silver certification. Vault Design used natural materials for construction, and Rose Ink Workshop designed the interiors. The resort will include a gym, cinema, game room, food & beverage options like Omakase Dining, a rooftop venue with a pool, commercial spaces, and a conference area. It marks IHG Hotel & Resorts' first luxury property in North America's Mountain West.

🏡 Ruby Hotels opens its 19th property, Ruby Bea Hotel & Bar, in Florence's Ponte Rosso area, marking its debut in Italy. The hotel, inspired by the Italian Renaissance, spans 5,292 square meters with 118 rooms, including unique maisonette-style layouts of 43 square meters. Ruby Bea offers five different room categories and features a philosophy of "Lean Luxury." Ruby Dante Workspaces, the brand's eighth co-working space and third combined with a Ruby Hotel, provides 36 workspaces over 247 square meters, with options ranging from hot desks to private offices and a meeting room for up to ten people.

🏖️ Azemar launched the Bawe Island resort near Zanzibar's capital, Stone Town, accessible by a 15-minute speedboat ride. The resort opened during the summer and features 70 luxury villas ranging from 200 to 500 square meters, each with a private pool, large garden, sea view, and outdoor Maldivian-inspired bathrooms with Villeroy & Boch fixtures and Dyson hairdryers. Amenities include 4 à la carte restaurants, a large miniclub, the Rebirth spa, diving and watersports centers, tennis and padel courts, gym, and yoga spaces.

🥞 Panfuwa, a Japanese pancake specialty brand, launched its first store in Milan in October 2023, followed by openings in Rome and Como, and recently added a fourth location in Milan's Piazza Lagosta market (Isola area). The menu features both sweet and savory options ranging from €7.90 to €13.90, with pancakes served with various toppings, including honey butter, matcha, red beans, and Biscoff. Accompanying beverages include non-alcoholic drinks like milkshakes priced at €5.90.

🍴 In the heart of Alba, the historical Ventuno.1 restaurant, known for its Campania coast cuisine, has undergone a renovation led by chefs Alfonso Russo and sommelier Francesco Ferrara. The redesigned space, with architecture by Corrado Napoli and Anna Licata, features marine themes and handcrafted decorative objects by Ceramiche Cafaro from Cava De’ Tirreni. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu blending Mediterranean and Piedmont flavors, featuring over 1200 wine labels, with a spotlight on more than 200 Champagne varieties. Ventuno.1 was founded in 2015 and has recently refreshed its aesthetic in spring 2024, aiming to create a welcoming and elegant dining experience.

💰 Tassoni, a renowned Brescia brand with over 230 years of history, achieved a record turnover in 2023, surpassing 13 million euros, an increase of nearly 3 million from 2021. Production value reached 13.6 million euros, with net profits of 345,000 euros. Cedrata production hit 21 million bottles, reinforcing its market lead. Sales are distributed 56% through Horeca and 44% in Organized Large Distribution (GDO), with just 5% from exports.

🏠 Radisson Hotel Group doubles presence in France with a new hotel opening in Reims, Champagne region. The hotel features 102 rooms, including junior suites. Tom Flanagan Karttunen, area senior vice president Northern & Western Europe at Radisson Hotel Group, marks this as a milestone in the brand's expansion effort. The facility offers three event spaces with natural light, modern amenities for up to 80 guests, and a 24/7 fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and views of the Reims Arena.

🏨 Accor's Handwritten Collection is expanding in Europe with upcoming openings in Tirana, Nicosia, Duesseldorf, Bucarest, Zeeland, and Vielsalm. Philippe Bijaoui, Accor's chief development officer, attributes its success to the brand's appeal to travelers seeking unique experiences and to independent hoteliers valuing the partnership with a trusted international brand. 📍 The first five-star hotel in Ponte di Legno and Valcamonica is set to be constructed after receiving final authorization, with work expected to start next spring, announced entrepreneur Alessandro Pietta. The luxury hotel, rising from the former Alla Cascata residence, will feature roughly seventy rooms and is part of a project including two more residential interventions.
