Anvedi: la proposta pop di una cucina romana rinnovata
🍕 Founded in 2019 by Alessandro Dionisi, Francesco Nispi Landi, and Daniel Ratti, "Anvedi" is a revamped modern trattoria with five locations in Rome: Axa (includes gluten-free offerings), Battistini, Colli Portuensi, Tuscolana, and Conca d’Oro. Executive Chef Andrea Beccattini leads the culinary proposal, blending innovation with traditional Roman cuisine, while a managerial team headed by Simone Sperati focuses on a rapid expansion strategy, including franchise opportunities and direct openings. After the fifth opening in Conca d’Oro, Anvedi plans further growth within and beyond Rome.
