📍 Minor Hotels announced the official signing of a dual-branded Tivoli and NH project in Yining, Xinjiang, marking the debut of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and NH Hotels & Resorts in northwest China, set to open in 2025. The project spans 1.6 million square meters, featuring 200 rooms for each brand, alongside a commercial area, cultural performance center, and residential zones. 🍴 In Milan's Brera district, the all day dining IT Maison opened within the Boutique Hotel VMaison. Founded by Alessio Matrone and Danilo Caruso, IT's brand restaurants exist in Ibiza, London, Milan, Porto Cervo, and Tulum. Executive Chef Romualdo Palladino and Head Chef Alex Pochynok lead the culinary experience, supported by Bar Manager Edoardo Raimondi for signature cocktails. The VMaison Interior studio designed the welcoming space. IT Maison caters to hotel guests and external clients from breakfast through after-dinner service, from 7:00 am to 1:00 am daily. 🍔 Burger King's latest restaurant opens on October 31 at the Centro Commerciale Le Corti in Varese, Italy, marking the fourth directly-owned outlet in the region and the 92nd in Italy. Spanning 283 sqm with 76 indoor and 20 outdoor seats, this outlet employs 20 staff members. The restaurant features modern digital order methods, including QR code table ordering via the Burger King app, which also supports the "Be The King" loyalty program. Additional services include table service and home delivery. In 2024, Burger King continues its Italian expansion with 276 restaurants nationwide, including 34 opened in 2023. Over 20 million Italians enjoy Burger King's wide selection of products, ranging from grilled beef to fresh hand-cut veggies and a Plant-Based line. Burger King Restaurants Italia SpA, founded in 1954 and part of QSRP group, operates over 270 outlets in Italy, creating jobs for more than 5,000 people.
