CDSHotels chiude il 2025 in positivo: i piani per il 2026 e le nuove strutture in pipeline

📈 CDSHotels reported over €65 million in revenue for 2025, with EBITDA at 13% and a RevPAR increase of 9% compared to 2024. The Italian market contributed 55.5% of revenue, while international clients accounted for 45.5%. Early bookings for 2026 are up 37% from 2025. The average stay is five nights. Three new structures are set for 2026 openings, and discussions for more in Puglia and Calabria aim for completion by 2027.
