Ethiopian Airlines inaugura la Silver Lounge ad Addis Ababa

🏨 Ethiopian Airlines has enhanced Addis Ababa's status as an African hub with the launch of its Silver Lounge located in Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, designed to accommodate up to 200 guests during peak hours. The lounge offers a range of services including dining areas, relaxation zones, a dedicated smoking room, children's corner, and ample luggage storage. Access is granted to Cloud Nine, ShebaMiles Platinum, Star Alliance Gold, and Silver cardholders. Mesfin Tasew, CEO of Ethiopian Airlines Group, highlighted the lounge as part of their continuous efforts to elevate hospitality standards.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts si espande nell’area Emea

🏨 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts excelled in Emea during the first half of 2024, signing 27 hotel contracts, opening 22 new hotels, and adding 1,400 rooms. Notable openings occurred in France, Germany, India, Turkey, and the UK. Emea's RevPAR grew by 15% in Q2. Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town in Poland became the city's largest hotel with 152 new rooms. The first Dolce by Wyndham in Turkey featured an all-inclusive resort with 155 rooms and suites. Expansion in India included three new hotels: The Earth Amritsar, Trademark Collection; Ramada Encore Udaipur Roopnagar; and Ramada Gorakhpur Gorakhnath Mandir Road. The TRYP by Wyndham brand also unveiled a new look.

Wyndham porta il brand Trademark Collection anche in Corea del Sud

📍 Trademark Collection by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts debuted in South Korea with the opening of La Vie D'or Hotel and Resort in Hwaseong-si. The group now exceeds 30 hotels in the country. The 190-room hotel is located about 30 minutes by car from Seoul, spread over 330,000 square meters, featuring a nine-hole golf course, fitness center, spa, multiple pools, saunas, and fine dining restaurants, plus meeting and event spaces, and a business center. The Trademark Collection portfolio includes 262 mid-upper scale and upper scale independent and unique hotel properties in urban and resort destinations.

Christian Clerc, ex presidente e ceo di Four Seasons, passa alla guida di Auberge Resorts

🏨 Christian Clerc to become President and CEO of Auberge Resorts in September, succeeding Craig Reid after his 10-year tenure. Clerc has significant industry experience, including as Global President of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2016 to 2022. At Four Seasons, Clerc oversaw operations of 127 hotels, 51 residential properties, over 50 properties in development, and a workforce of 50,000 across 47 countries. Auberge Resorts, owned by The Friedkin Group, has 28 properties worldwide.
