L’espansione di Ennismore: gli opening 2025

🏠 Sebastien Bazin, at ILTM, announced Accor's focus on the lifestyle segment by 2025, accelerating Ennismore's global expansion. ✈ Volotea's Net Promoter Score (NPS) has risen to 39.2 network-wide, a 7.4 point increase since 2023, with Megavolotea customers scoring even higher at 50.5. In Italy, Volotea's NPS has climbed over 8 points to 42.1, reaching 53.9 among Megavolotea clients. Progress in 2024 includes an over 75% OTP15 (on-time performance within 15 minutes) and a 99.5% completion factor. Chief Experience Officer Alex de Jesús credits this success to a balance of quality service, personalized attention, and competitive rates.

Tap supera la soglia dei 16 milioni di passeggeri

🏩 Tap Air Portugal transported 16.1 million passengers in 2024, a 1.6% increase from 2023. North American routes saw an 8.9% rise to 1.59 million passengers. Italian routes grew by 4.2% to 1,164,858 passengers. Over two million passengers were carried between Brazil and Europe, up 7.1%. African routes saw a slight 0.1% decline to 1.1 million passengers. Madeira-mainland traffic rose by 3.3% to 983,000 passengers, while Azores routes increased by 1.3% to 527,000 passengers. European routes, excluding domestic Portuguese ones, grew by 0.9% to 8.8 million passengers. The load factor improved by 1.5 percentage points to 82.3%.

Air Europa lancia il Madrid-Istanbul

✈ Air Europa launches new route to Istanbul, first in its history, from Madrid-Barajas on May 12. Starting with 4 weekly flights, increasing to daily by July 7. Departures from Madrid at 9.30, returns from Istanbul at 16.00. The route, which connects with overnight intercontinental flights to the Americas, will be operated by the iconic Boeing 787 Dreamliner. This expansion is part of Air Europa's international growth plan, which includes adding 3 new Boeing 787 Dreamliners and its first Boeing 737 MAX to the fleet in 2025.

Gardaland: Stefano Cigarini è il nuovo divisional director Merlin e a.d.

Gardaland celebrates its 50th anniversary as Sabrina de Carvalho moves to a new role within Merlin Entertainments.

Air Astana apre una nuova rotta verso la Cina: la Almaty-Guangzhou
