Al via le semifinali della Pastry Bit Competition 2025: la sfida entra nel vivo

🍰 The 2nd Pastry Bit Competition's semifinals will take place from February 8-10, 2025, in Alta Valle Camonica at the Grand Hotel Paradiso di Pontedilegno - Tonale (BS), featuring 27 semifinalists selected from 108 candidates and 9 regional stages held between May and November 2024. Participants will create a "Bignè dinamico da condividere," judged by a prestigious jury including Leonardo Di Carlo and representatives from Gambero Rosso, Italia a Tavola, and Dissapore. Finals are set for June and September 2025, with the winner becoming the Dallagiovanna Pastry Ambassador 2026. Partners include Zanolli Forni and RDS 100% Grandi Successi, with cross-media coverage of the event.

Swinkels Family Brewers debutta a Beer&Food Attraction

🍺 Swinkels Family Brewers will debut at Beer&Food Attraction 2025 in Rimini, Italy from February 16-18, 2025. Their 96 sqm booth (Hall C5 - Stand 169) will showcase 24 draft beers and a wide bottled and canned selection. Key brands include La Trappe with ATP "Authentic Trappist Product" label, Rodenbach, Uiltje, and exclusively distributed BrewDog in Italy. Royal Swinkels Family Breweries N.V., a 100% family-run company, owns multiple breweries producing 8 million hectoliters of beer and 818,000 hectoliters of non-alcoholic drinks, 395,000 tons of malt, and roughly 4,000 tons of malt extracts and compounds annually.

Precipita un elicottero nel parmense, tra le vittime Lorenzo Rovagnati

Hospitality: a Riva del Garda la sostenibilità nell'industria alberghiera

The events, moderated by journalist Maria Chiara Voci, took place at Quartiere Fieristico di Riva del Garda, focusing on sustainable design in the hospitality sector.
