Il Consorzio Brunello debutta a Wine Paris

🍷 The Consorzio del vino Brunello di Montalcino joined Wine Paris for the first time with 45 represented companies, introducing 110 wine labels including Brunello 2020, Riserva 2019, Rosso di Montalcino 2023, and Moscadello. Wine Paris, from February 10 to 12, expects 50,000 professionals from 140 countries and 4,600 exhibitors. The Consorzio, uniting 219 members (98.2% of production), oversees 4,400 hectares of vineyards. Upcoming events include Prowein (March 16-18), Vinitaly (April 6-9), Red Montalcino (June 20), and the 34th Benvenuto Brunello (November 20-24).

The product, a result of a four-year partnership, contains cashews, toasted nuts, powdered banana, and cinnamon—all organic. The revitalized banana bread cream recipe aims for a delicious, versatile spread perfect for various culinary applications. KoRo, established in 2014 in Germany, has over 300 employees, catering to over two million customers online and in more than 13,000 stores across Europe. The organic banana bread cream is available in a 500g format for 15.00 euros on KoRo's online shop and selected retailers.

Al Nite Kong di Roma arrivano le MidNite Chef

🍴 The Nite Kong in Rome, a spin-off of Drink Kong, launched the "MidNite Chef" series on February 6, featuring international chefs and bartenders collaborating for food&cocktail pairing across five events. Andrea Antonini started the series, followed by Koji Nakai on March 6, and Fabio Verrelli D'Amico on April 3. Future events will feature Francesco Apreda in May and Anthony Genovese in June. Each chef offers a menu at 90€ per person, with live jazz or DJ sets. Nite Kong, established in 2023 by Patrick Pistolesi, aims for a synesthetic experience with 28 seats, a rich drink list, and premium Champagne and spirits. 🍺 Theresianer presents at Beer & Food Attraction 2025, held in Rimini from February 16-18, showcasing urban and "green" themed exhibition space. The Italian and Mitteleuropean brewery, known for quality and Slow Brewing-certified beers, introduces a Half Liter format for four of its distinctive, unfiltered beers: Premium Pils, Wit, India Pale Ale, and Bock. Carlsberg Group: pubblicati i dati finanziari relativi al 2024

🍺 Carlsberg Group, operating in Italy with Birrificio Angelo Poretti since 1877, announced 2024 financial data with profits of 9.12 billion Danish kroner (€1.22 billion). Adjusted operating profit increased from 11.1 to 11.4 billion kroner and revenue improved by 2%, approximately 75 billion kroner. Premium beers and alcohol-free segment grew by 2% and 6% respectively, while Tuborg rose by 5%, Carlsberg by 9%, Blanc 1664 by 6% and Brooklyn by 5%. CEO Jacob Aarup-Andersen highlighted the launch of Accelerate SAIL strategy, acquisitions, and partnerships in India, Nepal, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, contributing to long-term sustainable growth. The company expects a 1-5% growth in organic operating profit for 2025.
