Asahi Beverages accorpa tre ruoli di CEO in un rimpasto strategico

🍻 Asahi Beverages unites CEO roles of Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, Carlton & United Breweries, and Asahi Beverages NZ into one Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) position to simplify management. Danny Celoni, CEO of CUB since 2022, will leave by end of June 2025; Nigel Parsons, CEO of ALB since March 2021, becomes CCO from April 1, 2025, overseeing Australia and New Zealand operations. Andrew Campbell remains in charge of New Zealand operations as Country Manager, and Brian Phan's role as Chief Growth Officer expands to include marketing and portfolio management. Asahi's restructuring, announced November 2024, consolidates four regional headquarters into three starting April 2025, integrating Oceania and Southeast Asian operations. Non-alcoholic beverage operations under Asahi Holdings Southeast Asia will merge with Asahi Beverages Pty. Ltd, and East Asian alcohol beverage business will move under Asahi Group Japan Ltd.
