Il Presidente Commissione Agricoltura Carloni annuncia accise agevolate per i microbirrifici

Mirco Carloni, President of the Agriculture Commission at the Chamber of Deputies, announced at an event in Castello di Frontone, Pesaro e Urbino, that an amendment has been passed to support Italian microbreweries. The amendment introduces a 50% excise duty reduction for craft breweries with an annual production not exceeding 10,000 hectoliters and 30% or 20% for small breweries producing between 10,000 and 60,000 hectoliters. The financial impact of this reduction in excise duty amounts to a revenue loss of €2.6 million, aiming to boost the sector recognized as a proud emblem of Made in Italy.

Corrado Di Marco compie 80 anni: ecco gli eventi per celebrare l'inventore della Pinsa

🍕 Corrado Di Marco, the inventor of Pinsa Romana, turns 80, marking the event with celebrations of his career and the globally successful gastronomic innovation. In the '70s, Di Marco, alongside his nutritionist wife, began experimenting to create a healthy, high-quality product, resulting in the Pinsa Di Marco in 2001. Now produced in Italy and distributed in over 70 countries, it surpassed 32 million ready bases and 10,000 tons of flour mix in 2024. A plaque is unveiled at La Pratolina, Rome, where Pinsa was first served. An online petition for World Pinsa Day has been launched, aiming for February 25 annually. Additionally, Milan hosts a Pinsa-themed tram tour from March 5-9, featuring chef Marco Montuori's recipes and influencers from Chef in Camicia.

The study, observing Italian consumer trends from July 2023 to June 2024, also highlighted claims related to food intolerances, free-from products, and rich-in ingredients.
