Sfida tra i fornelli a Gradara: gin marchigiani e cucina stellata protagonisti di Autoctoni Gourmet
🍻 Winter Edition 2025 of Autoctoni Gourmet was held for the first time in Gradara, Marche. Six selected participants prepared a dish by Michelin-starred chef Gianluca Gorini, pairing it with local artisanal gins. The event, broadcast on Centro Marche TV and LINFA's Facebook page, aimed to promote Marche's gastronomic excellence. Norma Judith Pagiotti and Martino Torressi of team "Trasversale 109" won. The event included a masterclass by Julian Biondi and was judged by a panel including chef Gorini.
