🧀 Nonno Nanni, based in Giavera di Montello, launched Horeca initiatives, targeting a 2023 revenue of €170M, up from €160M in 2022. The 2024 performance was positive. Investing €5M in the past three years, the Horeca channel now accounts for €25M. By 2026, lactose-free mozzarella will join their offerings. They maintain stable prices due to stable milk costs and are exploring travel retail and cocktail bars. Italat France, acquired previously, aids French market expansion, earning €3.7M.
