Affitti brevi e finanziaria, si cambia: cedolare al 21% ma senza intermediari

📈 25 ottobre 2023, la legge di bilancio conferma l'aliquota del 21% per la cedolare secca su affitti brevi, applicabile solo se l’immobile non è affittato tramite portali o intermediari. Altrimenti, l'aliquota sale al 26%. Le associazioni, tra cui Aigab, criticano la modifica, sostenendo che la maggior parte delle locazioni turistiche avviene tramite questi canali, rendendo la modifica inefficace e discutibile.

Aumentano i voli diretti Italia-Giordania, oltre venti le frequenze settimanali

✈️ Dal 25 ottobre 2025, sei aeroporti italiani aumentano i voli diretti per Amman, Giordania, con oltre venti frequenze settimanali. Milano Malpensa e Bergamo offrono voli Ryanair e Wizz Air, Bologna e Pisa due voli settimanali con Ryanair. Da Roma Fiumicino, Royal Jordanian garantirà voli giornalieri, mentre Ryanair e Wizz Air forniranno voli due volte a settimana. Treviso avrà due voli settimanali con Ryanair fino al 24 ottobre 2026.
