The event is free to visit until April 13 at Via San Tomaso 4, offering a glimpse into the future of creative and sustainable hospitality.

Manfredi Fine Hotels punta a 35 milioni: “Dagli USA più turisti nei nostri 5 stelle”

Apre a Roma Orient Express La Minerva: il primo hotel del leggendario marchio ferroviario

🏡 Orient Express La Minerva, the first hotel to bring the famous rail brand to a land-based structure, opens today in the heart of Rome at Piazza della Minerva 69, near the Pantheon. This initiative, a result of a shared vision between the French group Accor and Italian Arsenale Group led by Paolo Barletta, was celebrated with notable attendees like Rome’s Mayor Roberto Gualtieri, Orient Express CEO Gilda Perez-Alvarado, Arsenale Group CEO Paolo Barletta, and Nicola Bulgari of Annabel Holding. The hotel features 93 rooms, including 36 suites ranging from 25 to 235 sqm, is designed by architect and artist Hugo Toro, and pays homage to historical figures like Stendhal and Herman Melville. Orient Express La Minerva boasts three F&B outlets, including La Minerva Bar, Gigi Rigolatto opening in May 2025, and Mimi Kakushi expected by the end of 2025, which has already achieved acclaim in Dubai and the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024. The hotel is set to become a prime destination for private and corporate events with five exclusive spaces.

B&B Hotels nomina Valerio Duchini a CEO per l’Europa Occidentale

BWH Hotels Italia & Malta chiude il 2024 con un fatturato di 377 milioni

🏨 BWH Hotels Italia & Malta wrapped up 2024 with €377 million in B&B revenue, a 74% average annual occupancy rate, and a 3.8% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR) across 170 properties. The ADR rose by up to 7.8% in Rome, with other cities also showing significant growth. Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) increased by 2.7%, outperforming pre-pandemic levels by 34% for ADR and 38.5% for RevPAR. Key milestones included expansion to Malta with a 160-room hotel, the direct management of affiliated hotels via SIHO, the transformation into a Società Benefit, gender parity certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022), and 44 properties receiving ESG certifications. For 2025, bookings are already up by 10% for spring and summer, with a 3% higher ADR. The group is launching 42 renovation projects, enhancing 61 Property Management Systems, and adding 769 new rooms in destinations like Matera and Torri del Benaco.
