🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the first Vignette Collection hotel in Venice by 2025, in partnership with Pacini Group, converting The Venice Times Hotel. Following the Garner Hotel Rome Aurelia, this strengthens IHG's luxury presence in Italy. Currently, there are eight operational and five developing luxury hotels in Italy. Launched in August 2021, Vignette Collection now includes three Italian establishments: The Venice Times, Hotel Alexandra, and Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa.

📍 Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in the heart of Milan, unveiled 118 newly redesigned rooms and suites by renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon in July 2025. The transformation honors Milanese design through collaborations with Italian brands Poliform and Rubelli. Iconic suites, like the Fresco Suite featuring an original Giocondo Albertolli fresco, and Renaissance Suite, offer luxurious, art-filled experiences. Previous 2021 restyling of common areas by Patricia Urquiola, complemented with furnishings from Cassina and Flos, enhances the hotel's cosmopolitan appeal.

🏨 Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen WaltherPark opens on July 10, 2025, in Bolzano’s WaltherPark district. This elegant urban retreat offers 114 rooms designed by Aggi Bruch and Muza Lab London. The fourth-floor Acquapura Spa overlooks the Catinaccio mountains. The rooftop hosts Mochi Sushi.Grill.Rooftop Bar, serving Japanese-inspired dishes. Architect David Chipperfield designed the hotel, part of a larger WaltherPark development, including a shopping center and underground parking. CEO Otmar Michaeler and President Erich Falkensteiner highlight the project's uniqueness.

📍 B&B HOTELS, a global group with over 850 locations, opened B&B HOTEL Latina in the Agro Pontino, strategically located between Rome and Naples. This new hotel increases their presence to 80 hotels in Italy and marks the tenth in the Lazio region. The hotel offers 75 modern rooms for both business and leisure travelers, featuring a buffet breakfast. Liliana Comitini highlighted the significance of this expansion for their accessible and quality hospitality mission.
