🏨 Radisson Blu Hotel opens its first urban resort in Florence, 2025, in collaboration with Omnam Investment Group, Bain Capital, and Savills Sgr. Located minutes from the historic center, it features 304 rooms, a wellness center, spa, outdoor pool, and 1,500 m² for events. The hotel offers a 452 m² ballroom for up to 450 guests. Accessible via A1 highway, Florence and Pisa airports, and main train station, with shuttle service to the city center.

📍 BWH Hotels Italy & South-East Europe expands its portfolio with the addition of Grand Hotel Catanzaro and Hotel Colaiaco. Grand Hotel Catanzaro, featuring 39 renovated rooms, is the fourth BWH hotel in Calabria. Hotel Colaiaco in Anagni offers 51 rooms, including suites with marble bathrooms and private terraces. These additions strengthen BWH's presence in Central-Southern Italy, emphasizing quality and local authenticity.

🏨 In 2025, the Romeo Roma hotel opened in the historic Palazzo Capponi on Via di Ripetta, Rome. The project, led by Zaha Hadid Architects and Paola Cattarin, took over ten years and involved fifty companies, resulting in 230 permit requests. It features unique rooms, a 1,200 sqm Sisley Paris spa, and a restaurant by Alain Ducasse. The hotel blends historical restoration with contemporary design, showcasing art by renowned artists and offering a complete sensory experience.

🏨 Milano and Rome are highlighted in the Due Chiavi Michelin awards for luxury hotels. Notable entries include Mandarin Oriental Milan, Four Seasons Hotel Milano, and Portrait Milano. In Rome, The St. Regis Rome, Hotel de Russie, and Orient Express La Minerva stand out. Tuscany and Sicily also receive accolades, with Castelfalfi, Il Borro, ADLER Spa Resort Sicilia, and Villa Igiea as highlights. 🏨 Novotel, part of the Accor group, debuts in Malta with a new hotel in Gżira. The Novotel Malta Sliema features 293 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a spa. Novotel operates over 600 hotels in 60+ countries, planning 180 new openings. Managed by St Group, the hotel aligns with Novotel's sustainability efforts, including a 2024 partnership with WWF for ocean conservation. All hotels participate in the All Accor loyalty program.

🏨 Room Mate Hotels debuted internationally with Room Mate Lime Tree in Belgravia, London, a blend of Victorian architecture and modern design. Renovated in 2020 by Fraher & Findlay Architects, the hotel has 26 rooms, a café-restaurant, and a private garden near Buckingham Palace. Acquired in 2023, it marks the group's first UK presence. Room Mate Hotels saw a 23% revenue increase in 2024, surpassing 128 million euros, and expanded with acquisitions like Hotel Marmont in Geneva.
