Mr. Akkaphong Akkaranithi, the owner, revealed that Ratchathewi Hyde Away only opened in 2024 but has already gained significant popularity and praise from customers. Room management simplified
In the early days of opening, the business suffered very few teething issues since it began life backed by Little Hotelier’s all-in-one solution – perfect for small properties.

Currently, the hotel uses eight online travel agent (OTA) channels, word-of-mouth, and direct bookings via Little Hotelier’s website builder and booking engine to capture reservations for its 4 rooms.
“During the launch, I had no concerns about managing and selling rooms because Little Hotelier was reliable, quick to set up, and ready to use immediately”, said Mr. Akkaphong.
“Little Hotelier has also boosted our direct bookings by advertising through metasearch (Demand Plus). The solution helps us increase the chances of more people visiting the website.”
Today, 50% of Ratchathewi Hyde Away’s total bookings come via direct bookings.

“This helps us analyse and adjust prices to sell at the best rates for maximum profit,” he explained. “Since opening and using Little Hotelier, we’ve seen approximately 70-85% of bookings coming through this system.”
Additionally, the property can also be monitored and managed on a daily basis via Little Hotelier’s mobile app.
“Sometimes we meet a customer who makes a reservation from a call or walk-in directly to the hotel. We can immediately put customer information into Little Hotelier’s calendar, ensuring that rooms will not be overbooked,” said Mr. Akkaphong.
