🍰 Unilever Food Solutions presents "FOODART Trends – Il Menù del Futuro" in 2025, exploring contemporary culinary trends worldwide and in Italy. The global report features eight key trends: Irresistible Vegetables, Sustainable Cooking, Evolved Proteins, Wild and Pure, Wellbeing Food, Modern Tradition, Sensory Combinations, and Joyful Sharing. Eight acclaimed Italian chefs, including Pierluca Ardito, Giuseppe Buscicchio, and Andrea Impero, will interpret these trends, sharing original recipes and insights at events organized with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (FIC).
