🏦 Raffles Hotels & Resorts to open a new hotel in Tokyo by 2028. Located in Hamamatsucho district as part of Tokyo’s World Trade Center redevelopment, the establishment will feature 46 floors with 130 rooms, including 27 suites. Amenities include a fitness center, spa, swimming pool, six dining spaces, and over 3,700 square meters of meeting and event areas.

🏡 In 2023, Hotel La Palma in Capri, originally built in 1822, reopened after a 2.5-year renovation by Oetker Collection and Reuben Brothers. The hotel now features 50 rooms, including 18 suites with private balconies or terraces, a spa, three restaurants, a pool, and the Da Gioia beach club at Marina Piccola. Designer Francis Sultana led the interior design, aiming for open, bright spaces with 1950s-inspired creativity. 🏨 The Milanese investor group partnered with B.Zar Hotel&Co acquired Hotel Metropole Taormina, which has 25 rooms and suites within a 13th-century building. The 5-star rooms and diverse suite types overlook Naxos Bay, some with terraces and Jacuzzis. The hotel features Bellevue Bistrot, a bar partnership Rooftop Bellevue by Damiani, and 6 new signature cocktails served in Venini cups. 🏠 Kent Richards, with a 20-year fitness career and 15 years in spa, serves as Corporate Director of Operations (Spa & Wellness) at Six Senses, focusing on wellbeing and sustainability. Six Senses promises unique experiences, embracing simplicity and communication. The brand is leveraging biohacking technology to rejuvenate interest in spas.
