Mazzalùa, launched in September 2023, is a blend of grape must and natural vinegar, positioned in the growing alcohol-free sector. It boasts a secret formula balancing ancient Roman vinegar-based drinks and modern sparkling techniques.

🍴 The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 award ceremony, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, will take place in Turin, Piedmont, Italy, on June 19, 2025. This is the first time the event will be held in Italy. The event will feature a rich program, including the #50BestTalks forum, 50 Best Signature Sessions, and a Chefs’ Feast. 🍴 Chefs Alfonso D’Auria and two-Michelin-starred Giovanni Solofra present a unique culinary event on Saturday, November 16, at Follie in Villa Agrippina, Rome. Offering a special four-hand dinner, the chefs will explore contrasts and fusions in a six-course meal, starting with an aperitif at the cocktail bar Amaro. Highlight dishes include D'Auria's zero-waste "Fiore di carciofo" and Solofra's "Pescatori d’Argento" risotto. A surprise dish will be revealed during the event.
