🏨 Pisa, 2029: Sagabri, in partnership with the Passera family, will open a 5-star luxury hotel under the Vista brand in the Palazzo dei Trovatelli, overlooking the Leaning Tower. The hotel will feature 40 rooms and suites, a gourmet restaurant, and a spa. The 5,800-square-meter historical building from 1315 will be restored with community collaboration, emphasizing hospitality and local heritage. Sagabri holds 75% of the property, with the Passera family owning 25%.
