🏨 I lavori di riqualificazione del Vista Ostuni, ex Manifattura Tabacchi del XIV secolo, sono stati completati dopo oltre due anni. Situato a pochi passi dalla Città Bianca e a 20 minuti dall’aeroporto di Brindisi, l'hotel cinque stelle lusso vanta 6.000 mq distribuiti su cinque piani, 1.200 mq di terrazzi, 28 camere, 2 ristoranti e 3 piscine. Progettato da RMA Roberto Murgia e Erik Dhont, fa parte di The Leading Hotels of the World.

🏨 Orient Express Palazzo Donà Giovannelli opens in April 2026, located in Cannaregio, Venice, featuring 47 rooms and suites, including six signature suites and private apartments. 🏖 Kim Jong-un's North Korea is promoting a new megaresort in Wonsan-Kalma, boasting hotels and restaurants along a 4 km beach, capable of hosting up to 20,000 guests. However, currently, the resort is closed to international tourists, as stated by DPR Korea Tour. Meanwhile, South Korea considers permitting individual travel to North Korea to ease tensions after President Lee Jae-myung's election and his commitment to improving inter-Korean relations.

🎶 Luis Contreras, founder and CEO of Gruppo Sereno Hotels, unveils the Darsena Listening Suite at Lake Como in 2025. The 200 sqm suite, designed by Patricia Urquiola, features Klipsch La Scala II speakers, McIntosh amplifiers, and over 500 vinyl records. Guests may pre-request up to three albums. The suite blends Japanese jazz-kissa inspiration with local elegance and can host private dinners for up to 10 guests. Michelin-starred menus by Chef Raffaele Lenzi are paired with curated music.

🏨 Borgo dei Conti Resort in Umbria, near Perugia, opened last summer and includes a new Colonica with 19 rooms. The resort, designed by Spagnulo & Partners, spans 16 hectares and features 40 rooms, two restaurants, an infinity pool, and a cinema. Fiemme Tremila's biocompatible wood flooring was used throughout. The renovation project, covering 2,600 square meters, was managed by Bazzurri and emphasized health through material choices.
