Minor Hotels ha un nuovo ceo: Gonzalo Aguilar

🏨 Gonzalo Aguilar will become the new CEO of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas starting January 1, 2025, succeeding the retiring current CEO, Ramón Aragonés, at the end of this year. Aguilar has over 30 years of hospitality industry experience and is joining from Marriott, where he was the Chief Operating Officer for EMEA and oversaw the successful integration of AC Hotels. He begins a three-month transition period with Aragonés starting October 1.

Limite utilizzo del contante: la nuova regola Ue

💸 The EU Regulation 1624 of 2024, effective as of yesterday, sets a cash transaction limit of €10,000 across European countries. Italy's current limit remains €5,000 for all types of transfers, which will continue after notifying the European Commission by October 10, 2024. The €10,000 limit doesn't apply to private individuals not acting in a professional capacity. Member states must enforce this with appropriate measures and sanctions. Full EU-wide application is mandated by July 10, 2027.
