Forme in Italy 2024: Bergamo capitale del formaggio italiano
🍾 At the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce, the 9th edition of FORME was unveiled, focused on Italian dairy products, set for October 18-20, 2024, in Bergamo. The event will feature 29 Cheese Labs, masterclasses about cheese, hosted in well-known venues, and new Bù Bistrot in Carrara. Highlights include the "Circolo delle Gastronomia Creativa Italiana," a Cheese Ambassador initiative, and the Piazza Mercato del Formaggio. The event is free, except for Cheese Labs, aiming to enhance the value of Italian cheese both nationally and internationally.
