Mutti presenta il nuovo ristorante aziendale Quisimangia, ma aprirà anche al pubblico
🍕 Gruppo Mutti, European leader in the tomato derivatives market, based in Parma, launched its corporate restaurant, Quisimangia, in 2022, designed by international design and architecture firm CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati. The initiative aims to reflect the company's core values of quality and sustainability, providing exclusive well-being for its employees. The restaurant, catered by VCook, a company from the Cerea family of Da Vittorio restaurant, incorporates sustainability through the use of recycled tomato waste in floor resins and energy-saving environmental control technologies. Additionally, a garden over one hectare, designed by landscape architect Paolo Pejrone, will feature regional flora. Initially open only to Mutti employees in Montechiarugolo, there are plans to welcome the community, enhancing Parma's status in the Food Valley. The project aligns with CRA's and Italo Rota Studio's 2016 masterplan for Mutti, following The Greenary, Francesco Mutti's residence since 2021.
