The project "Dedicato" by Pastificio Granoro exemplifies this commitment, aggregating over 350 farms and producing 25,000 tonnes of high-quality durum wheat in Puglia, resulting in 13,000 tonnes of pasta annually.

🏠 Etna Doc, the first wine denomination established in Sicily in 1968 and among the first in Italy, covers a 1,500-hectare vineyard across 20 municipalities and 133 districts. The Consorzio di Tutela Vini Etna Doc unites 220 companies, 90% of the production sector, with an annual average production of 6 million bottles. 60% of these are destined for export, mainly to the US, Canada, Switzerland, and the UK. The Consorzio has recently decided to limit growth by capping new vineyard registrations, allowing a maximum expansion of 50 hectares per year for the next three years, with individual companies only able to apply for one hectare each. This measure follows a decade of doubling vineyard extensions and aims to preserve the denomination's value, mirroring past decisions by territories like Barolo and Brunello. Currently, 20% of DOC Etna's producers are young people, double the Italian average, indicating a trend of returning to ancestral lands for cultivation.

However, 70% view organic products as more expensive.
