The United States will remain a key player, with up to 40% of travelers today preferring extra-European destinations, and 78% willing to pay more for a famous tourist brand. By 2040, Spain will surpass France as the most visited country, followed by Mexico, and tourism in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, will significantly grow.

Ernesto Illy International Coffee Award: nella giuria anche Massimo Bottura

☕ The Ernesto Illy International Coffee Award 2024 will be decided on November 12 in New York, with a jury including renowned chef Massimo Bottura and two other Michelin-starred chefs, Viki Geunes and Felipe Rodriguez. 27 coffee producers from nine countries including Brazil and Ethiopia are finalists.
