🍝 At Italia del Gusto Day in Stresa, key figures of the Italian agri-food sector discussed strategies for global competitiveness and promotion of Made in Italy products. Giacomo Ponti, President of Italia del Gusto, emphasized the consortium's role in supporting international growth, highlighting its foundation by Giovanni Rana in 2006. The consortium represents 37 brands, totals a €25 billion turnover, and employs 55,000 people. Simest S.p.A. launched the Measure Africa initiative with over €200 million to support exchanges with Africa.
