Degustazione in grotta con i Vini Cotarella al Ristorante ConTatto di Frascati
🍴 On Monday, December 2nd, at ConTatto di Frascati (RM), a special tasting menu paired with Cotarella Family wines will be served. The maître of the restaurant, Lorena Cavana, and the chef, Luca Ludovici, will highlight ingredients aged in the grotto beneath the dining room. Sommelier Paolo Abballe will oversee the wine pairings for the five-course menu. Dishes feature local ingredients like Cardoncello mushrooms and wines include a 100% Rosetto Brut and a 2023 Soente Viognier. The event showcases the local culinary tradition and the versatility of regional wines.
