Cannavacciuolo contro l'uso illecito del suo marchio: condanna per i coniugi cubani

🔥 A Cuban couple, ages 34 and 52, were sentenced by the Tribunal of Ravenna to four months in prison and a €3,000 fine for illicit use of the registered trademark of Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo. Their sentencing is connected to their restaurant-pizzeria “Saporetti” in Marina di Ravenna, where they used Cannavacciuolo's name and image without authorization, discovered between September and December 2019. Cannavacciuolo learned of the misuse via Facebook and never authorized his trademark, registered in 2017. The couple has appealed the conviction.
