Unilever Food Solutions: al via la challenge ‘Le Stelle di Domani’ per scoprire i giovani talenti della ristorazione italiana
🍳 Unilever Food Solutions launches "Le Stelle di Domani" culinary competition for Italian hotel institute students from November 2024 to March 2025. The initiative, in collaboration with Federazione Italiana Cuochi, includes 8 lessons on contemporary restaurant trends. Students will compete using recipes inspired by 8 global trends identified in "Future Menus 2024" report. Ten finalists, chosen for innovation and creativity, will face off in the Rome finals on May 20, 2025, for a chance to attend an exclusive cooking course and a masterclass with star Chef Domenico Stile.
