🍴 The "US IS US" project by the Cerea family of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio aims to blend diverse culinary identities in the US. Kicking off in Brusaporto, chef Victoria Blamey of Blanca from New York, who opened her restaurant in January 2024 and quickly reached second place among the New York Times critic Pete Wells’ favorite 100 spots, brings her bold cuisine to reinterpret Da Vittorio’s classics. Future stops include Miami and Los Angeles. The Da Vittorio Group, with a history of over 55 years and multiple Michelin-starred locations, embraces tradition and creative genius.
