The Carnevale di Viareggio, over 150 years old and one of the most significant in Italy and globally, attracts over 500,000 spectators annually. In 2025, festivities include six Grandi Corsi Mascherati on February 8, 16, 22, 27 (Giovedì Grasso), March 2, and 4 (Martedì Grasso). Food Truck di Unconventional sbarca nei poli fieristici italiani

The tour will hit major fairs in Bologna, Verona, Milan, and Rimini, along with street food festivals and concerts. In 2024, fairs in Italy saw over 18 million visitors, a 6.3% increase from the previous year. Upcoming tour dates include Bologna's SANA Food from February 23-25 and Modena's Verdi Passioni on March 1-2. The Unconventional line, led by Granarolo Group, became market leader in Italy's meat alternative segment, with a 58% market share and 19.4% growth, reaching a total value of €204 million, a 20% increase. The product line targets flexitarians, offering items like the Unconventional Burger, which won "world's best vegan burger" for the third year, Salsiccia Vegetale, Cotoletta, and Nuggets. Partesa per il Vino: new entry dagli USA e nuove collaborazioni con JRE e Noi di Sala

🍷 Partesa, a leader in HoReCa channel services, expands its wine portfolio with over 130 producers and solidifies ties with high-end restaurants. Recently, it introduced California's Silver Oak and Philip Togni Winery to Italy. Silver Oak, founded in 1972, is known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and sustainability, being the first to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Philip Togni Winery was established in 1975 and is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon blend, including the Vinous 2024 Wine of the Year. Partesa also partners with JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, chaired by Daniel Canzian, and Noi di Sala, supporting young culinary and hospitality talents. I vini No&Low alcohol debuttano ufficialmente a Vinitaly 2025

🍷 Vinitaly 2025, set for April 6-9 in Verona, will introduce No-Low alcohol (NoLo) wines in its 57th edition. A significant step in the fair's development, announced during a masterclass in Jeddah, aims to enrich Vinitaly's offerings and promote Italian wine. The 'dealcoholized' program includes market expectations (April 8) and production innovation (April 9) sessions. A dedicated Enoteca and a Mixology pavilion will feature NoLo wines. Veronafiere President Federico Bricolo and General Director Adolfo Rebughini are leading the initiative.

Boom dell’alimentazione Plant Based tra etica e salutismo

🌿 Germania leads the European plant-based market with nearly two billion euros in 2022, a 16% increase from 2021. The UK follows with one billion euros, Italy reaches 680.9 million euros, up by 9%. In Italy, 70% of households (17.7 million) consume plant-based products, and 51% (13 million families) eat plant-based alternatives weekly. Plant-based beverages are bought by 42% (10.7 million families), while plant-based yogurts and desserts are less common, consumed by 17% (4.3 million) and 13% (3.4 million), respectively. Ethics, health, and sustainability drive the plant-based trend.

Roma, continua la lotta alle key box: multa da 400 euro
