Al via i Campionati Nazionali della pasticceria italiana
🎂 The Federazione Internazionale di Pasticceria, Gelateria e Cioccolateria (FIPGC) National Championships will take place at Fiera del Tirreno CT from February 23-26, 2025. Talents from each region of Italy will compete in categories like the best Easter dove, decorated Easter egg, dessert (ice cream cup and pralines), bread, and selections for the World Tiramisu Championship. The event will be judged by professionals and FIPGC members, with awards ceremonies scheduled for 4:00 PM on February 24 and 26. The FIPGC represents Italian confectionery internationally, organizes national and world championships, and promotes collaboration in the sector. The public can visit the Fiera del Tirreno CT from February 23-25, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and on February 26 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
