Msc inaugura il suo primo terminal in Spagna

Designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, the facility represents a €50 million investment. It will serve MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys luxury ships, featuring advanced water recycling systems and facilities for LNG refueling and electrical connections. MSC has a 31-year concession for the terminal from Barcelona's municipality.

🥃 Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza held its 49th edition from February 3-6 in Riva del Garda, Italy, celebrating talent and inclusion in the HoReCa sector by awarding top students and professionals. Cristian Tezzele won the regional "Miglior Allievo 2025" competition and will compete in the Italian Cooking Championships in Rimini from February 16-18. Licia Marocchi claimed victory in the "Lady Chef 2025" contest for her balanced tomato-based recipe and advances to the same national finals. The "Mistery Box 2025" contest was won by a Veronese team, and Matteo Belligoli won "Art in a cocktail" for his sustainable territory-themed concoctions. Nicol Calovi and Ndiaye Oumy excelled in "Campioni di Sala", while inclusive contests "Le diverse abilità in Sala e Bar" and "Cuori in Cucina" showcased talents of individuals with disabilities. Salone del Vermouth: Azotea presenta le Guest Night e un talk esclusivo

🍷 From February 17-22, the Torino Nikkei restaurant-cocktail bar Azotea features in three events at the second edition of the Salone del Vermouth. Guest Nights on February 17 and 20 pair a six-course menu with six vermouth-based sips, three from Azotea and three from guest cocktail bars Giacosa1815 and Drink Kong. Giacosa1815's manager, Antonino Sciortino, ranked 252nd in the Top 500 Bars, collaborates with Fratelli Branca Distillerie for the night. Drink Kong, ranked 33rd in The World’s 50 Best Bars and 20th in Top 500 Bars, represented by finalist Edoardo Spagnoli of World Class Italia 2023. The tasting menu costs 65€ with a sips pairing option for 40€. On February 22, at 6 pm, Azotea's bar manager Matteo Fornaro joins Michelin-starred chef Gianluca Renzi for a talk at the Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano in Torino.
