💥 Maui experienced the largest hotel revenue per available room (RevPAR) decline in the US last year at -13.2%. The slump, 18 months after Maui's wildfires, also affected hotel occupancy and average daily rates. Efforts are being made to boost tourism and hotel occupancy through marketing funds and initiatives involving travel agencies and tour operators.

flydubai chiude il 2024 con risultati record

✈ Flydubai reported a record profit before taxes of $674 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, a 16% increase over the previous year. Revenue reached $3.5 billion, up 15% from $3 billion in 2023. EBITDA grew by 15% to $1.1 billion. In 2024, the airline transported 15.4 million passengers and expanded its network to 131 destinations in 55 countries, including 97 underserved markets. Despite delivery delays of new aircraft, flydubai still added destinations such as Basilea, Bhairahawa, Islamabad, Lahore, Kerman, Kish Island, Langkawi, Penang, Mombasa, and the Red Sea.

🏠 Angelika Schmid, owner of Villa Eden, leads luxury hospitality for Better Aging at the Adults Only Leading Hotel of the World in Merano. With over 30 years of experience, Schmid oversees the retreat with a 65% international clientele and a 2024 turnover nearing €5 million with around 80 team members. Post-winter, Villa Eden will reopen on March 14 with a Total Makeover by designer Luca Miazzo, including an expanded spa and medical facilities. Villa Eden features 25 exclusive "adults-only" suites, prices ranging from €300 to €1,300 per person per day, and weekly health plans starting at €2,950. The retreat boasts a Michelin-star-aspiring restaurant, "The Tasting Room," under Executive Chef Marcello Corrado. Villa Eden, established in 1982, achieved two Michelin Keys in 2024, symbolizing its commitment to excellence.

Heineken: nel 2024 crescita solida e innovazione sostenibile
