🍕 Pizzeria Ristoro Est! Est! Est!, a new dining venue celebrating traditional Roman cuisine, has opened its doors in Rome at Via Genova 32, between Monti and Esquilino neighborhoods. The menu features classic Roman dishes, a range of pizzas with a 48-hour fermentation, and select ingredients like Agerola mozzarella, Inserbo tomatoes, and Sabino olive oil. Franchising in Italia: impatto economico da 94 miliardi di euro

💵 Every euro invested in the Italian franchising sector generates €2.8 for the national economy, with an overall impact on production value estimated at approximately €94 billion, as highlighted by Nomisma's study for Assofranchising. In 2023, the franchising sector achieved a turnover of nearly €34 billion, marking a +9.9% growth from the previous year, and employed a total workforce of 287,767 people. The sector's impact amounted to €41 billion in value-added, with €24.2 billion from direct activation, €4.8 billion indirect, and €12.1 billion induced—2.1% of the national economy's total value-added. Employment impact reached 732,907 jobs (2.5 multiplier), and wages totaled €15.9 billion. Retail remains the most significant production component, followed by textile-clothing and real estate activities. The next Assofranchising Italy report will be presented on June 25, 2025.
