Grande successo per 'Le Settimane nei Ristoranti' con APCI
🍼 The "In Europe we care for Beef" project hosted tasting events on March 3 at Terrazza Tevere in Rome and March 10 at Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples, in collaboration with Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (APCI). The Rome event featured high-quality beef dishes by Chef Fabrizia Ventura, including a tris of tartare and a Carpaccio "Primavera 1950". The Naples event, part of the Le Stelle della Ristorazione Academy symposium, spotlighted chefs Gennaro Esposito and Carmine Di Donna. High-quality Scottona beef with SQNZ certification was presented, promoting European beef quality and certification. More events are planned to continue the initiative.
