Ilatium Morini si racconta a Vinitaly 2025

🍷 Ilatium Morini to feature at the 57th Vinitaly edition, April 6-9, 2025, in Verona, expecting over 125,000 visitors and 33,000 foreign buyers. Showcasing their new Garganega Spumante Brut Biologico and “Sette su Sette” Metodo Classico Extra Brut, the winery offers an immersive experience with a completely renovated stand (Pad. 4 – E7). Over 60 years of tradition meets sustainable vision, with Ilatium Morini managing 45 hectares of vineyards, producing approximately 250,000 bottles annually, including a limited edition Extra Brut with over 70 months of bottle aging (around 3,700 bottles). Focused on environmental respect, the winery began organic certification in 2023, with their range including Valpolicella DOC, Soave DOC, and more, supported by renewable energy since 2008.

🍝 On Carbonara Day (April 6), AstraRicerche surveyed 1,009 Italians (18-65 years) for Unione Italiana Food, revealing spaghetti as the most popular pasta for carbonara, chosen by 59.9%. Google reports nearly a million monthly searches for carbonara. Over 100 million kg of spaghetti were consumed in Italy in 2024. Pasta's shape is important for 93.4% of Italians, with 61% preferring ridged pasta. About 3 million participated in last year's #CarbonaraDay. More than half of Italians (55.3%) cook carbonara multiple times a month.
