🏠 Italy outperforms other countries with a 17% increase in hotel check-ins for Easter 2025 compared to Easter 2024, alongside a 6.23% hike in daily rates from €278 to €296. Average booking lead time in Italy rose from 79.62 days in 2024 to 92.05 days in 2025, a 15.51% increase, exceeding the global average of +9.63%. Average stay duration in Italy also grew by 1.53%, with international guest bookings jumping from 58.53% in 2024 to 76.58% in 2025. Additionally, hotel bookings for the April 25 and May 1 holidays saw a 0.35% uptick in check-ins and a 3.68% rise in average daily rates from €301 to €312.

Il giro d’Italia torna in Slovenia insieme al Giro-E

🏅 Nova Gorica and Gorizia will be celebrated as the European Capital of Culture as Giro d'Italia's 14th stage starts from Treviso on May 24, 2025, ending with a 13.8 km circuit in Nova Gorica/Gorizia. Slovenia hosts the Giro for the 6th time, with past stages in Kranj, Bled, Portorose, and Lubiana. Giro-E, the e-bike version, features 18 stages across Italy, culminating in Nova Gorica. I Feel Slovenia will participate as a daily team on May 24, showcasing a green livery. Slovenia aims to attract part of the Giro's 800 million viewers, with the tourism board also joining Giro-E on May 29 in Cesano Maderno.

The recruiting days will continue throughout 2025 across Italy. Candidates without completed training courses will be offered the necessary training free of charge. The Veneto region has 680 hectares of PIWI vineyards; Pizzolato's 16 hectares produce over 50,000 bottles annually. The NoLo Italian Hub Srl supports the de-alcoholization project, using vacuum distillation, approved by EU Regulation 2025/405. The no-low alcohol market is forecasted to grow 7.5% annually, reaching over $30 billion by 2030 (IWSR).
