📖 Over 35% of the adult Italian population, especially those aged between 25-45 and with intellectually demanding jobs, experience "back-to-work blues" post summer vacations, says Istat. Professor Silvia Migliaccio, President of the Italian Society of Food Science (SISA) in association with Unione Italiana Food, recommends two snacks a day to help ease this transition and improve work performance. The suggested snack options include both sweet and savory items, such as fresh fruit with nuts, mini sandwiches, pastries, and yogurt with whole-grain biscuits.
