💰 On September 19, 2024, Ferrero's management met with national and local unions Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil and the Ferrero Trade Union Coordination of Works Councils to discuss market trends, corporate production prospects, investment programs, employment trends, and the application of the current Corporate Integrative Agreement. For 2023/2024, a maximum bonus of €2,450.00 was set, with varying amounts by location: Alba €2,387.85, Areas and Depots €2,207.78, Balvano €2,379.28, Pozzuolo €2,416.44, Angelo €2,382.14, and Staff €2,372.72, to be paid in October 2024. Employees can convert part of the Performance-Related Bonus into flexible benefits online, choosing to convert €300, €500, €750, €1000, €1250, or €1500 of the bonus. Benefits include family services, various services, leisure, healthcare, and supplementary pension.

🍷 Azienda Agricola Pighin in Friuli Venezia Giulia connects two distinct terroirs, Grave and Collio, with a three-generation tradition. Founded in 1963 by Luigi, Ercole, and Fernando Pighin in Risano, and later expanding to Capriva. The company manages 150 hectares in Friuli Grave D.O.C. and 30 hectares in Collio, producing wines with distinct personalities. They focus on clone selection, high vine density (4000-6000 vines/ha), and control the entire production chain. Pighin produces approximately one million bottles annually, with 50% being Pinot Grigio and 70% destined for export, mainly to the USA, Canada, and Europe.
