🍴 Lorenzo Neri, originally from Tuscany, becomes the new resident chef at Barbagianni restaurant in Colle di Val d’Elsa (SI), working under the guidance of Michelin-starred executive chef Alessandro Rossi of Gabbiano 3.0. Neri has had a successful career in starred kitchens across Italy and France and brings his experience from places like the 2-star Michelin La Madia in Licata and 1-star Michelin establishments like Vecchia Malcesine and Le Cap. Barbagianni is part of the Elite Group and aims for a further leap in quality with Neri's arrival.
