🍹 Nel 1987, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida, il barman Ted Pizio creò il cocktail Sex on the Beach per un concorso durante lo Spring Break. Composto da vodka, liquore di pesca, succo d'arancia e granatina (poi sostituita da sciroppo di cranberry), vinse il concorso. Nel 2004, l'International Bartenders Association lo incluse nella lista ufficiale dei cocktail. La ricetta IBA include 40 ml di vodka e succo di cranberry, 20 ml di peach schnapps e 40 ml di succo d'arancia.
