Stop ai dehors liberi: in arrivo un decreto con nuove regole

La bozza di decreto è nella fase finale e richiede approvazione ministeriale. I beni culturali da tutelare devono essere elencati entro 60 giorni dall'entrata in vigore del decreto. Gli enti locali possono stipulare accordi con il ministero per definire criteri di autorizzazione automatica.
