🍴 Angela Gargiulo opened Buatta on 12.12.12 in Naples' Via Filippo Cifariello. It's a "trattoria di conversazione" with 40 seats. Inspired by traditional Neapolitan cuisine, her menu includes genovese with ziti and baccalà. In over 10 years, she launched Angelina Caffè (2019), Champagneria Popolare (2021), and Cordiale (2024). Champagneria, led by her daughter Mariagiulia, offers champagne from small producers, with bottles capped at €99. A mostly female staff enriches the venues, reflecting Angela's vision.
